The issue of food supply is always considered as one of the important biological issues of humans. Theories, gatherings, researches, studies, and various laws and regulations have been prepared and presented in this direction in order to satisfy the basic human needs with minimum difficulty, but this goal has not been fully achieved successfully. Identifying and knowing the causes of this problem requires knowing and gaining comprehensive knowledge from a theoretical, experimental and research point of view in order to clarify possible gaps and gaps. Therefore, in the current research, these three types of studies have been conducted in the form of three layers of attitude, research materials and methods, in order to identify the dimensions of food security and its evolution, and to examine how it can be adapted to regulations, policies and laws. and by analyzing and reviewing previous researches in this field and comparing these three studies, identify the knowledge, experimental and research gap in the field of food security. Hence, the mixed research method includes library-review study, thematic analysis and meta-analysis. Based on the results of the research, the knowledge base of food security, which includes availability, access, consumption and good governance, is different from the experimental and research base, and there is a deep and significant gap between scientific and research studies. Updating the laws and policies, along with conducting applied research focusing on good food governance, is one of the solutions that can cover this gap.

The main question of this article is what is good governance and what are its differences with bad governance? This article was compiled based on sources and library study in the field of governance . In the explanation of the article, descriptive-analytical methodology with the aim of examining two categories of defective governance and optimal governance. The findings and conclusions show that the development and progress as well as the backwardness of any nation is rooted in the country's governance. It is the quality and function of governance that determines whether governance is desirable or defective. good governance requires the use of a set of policies and strategies in order to increase the efficiency and performance of the government in satisfying the people, also increasing the competition in the political and economic fields, as well as making the government more responsive and efficient and modern. Defective governance, which occurs by putting pressure on the people and imposing the desires of the rulers on different strata, causes a decrease in national satisfaction and a decrease in the performance as well as inefficiency of the government compared to other competing countries. In defective governance, those who have more qualifications and professional competence are left aside and those who have less competence take over the administration of the country's affairs. The results of this article will be able to evaluate, guide or modify a wide range of actions needed in the field of governance in the form of recommendations and policy packages.

good governance is a common subject on development of countries. Economic, political and social authors and thinkers during two recent decades faced various comments on good governance. Any of them defines good governance with particular dimensions and characteristics.This paper aimed to briefly review the literature of this subject and provides definitions of governance using a fresh view point and presents a novel model of good governance.Using two concepts of "ecology "and "decision making" there fore, this paper focuses on three major characteristics, that’s "efficiency", "effectiveness" and "equilibrium of ecologic" This paper supposes good governance as a multi – face or plural concept including all aspects of authorizing and power. Each aspect of efficiency and effectiveness in this point is divided in to administrative, economic, political and social components which indicating the focus of this paper on pluralism of governance. Characteristics and Indices are also presented for any of these components.Plotting the two dimensional diagram aims to show balances of efficiency and effectiveness and studies various balances of countries ecological texture and categorizes them regarding to above diagram and analyzes the governance condition in four different states through diagram. It finally recommends strategies to hold balance between two aforesaid aspects owing to different status of governance in terms of balance line.This paper concludes that good governance is result of keeping balance between efficiency and effectiveness along with continuous development of them and moving towards the higher levels of balance line. In other words, development is result of balance of rising trend of efficiency and effectiveness.

Introduction: governance in sports federations, which are responsible for the development of their sports field and providing facilities and equipment for the development of elite athletes and participating in domestic competitions and gaining honor in international arenas, is of particular importance. The purpose of this study was to provide a good governance model in sports federations.Methods: In terms of aim the research was applied; and analytical -descriptive in terms of method. The statistical population of the study consisted of 8 stakeholders’ Football, Volleyball, Basketball, Handball, Wrestling, Taekwondo, Weightlifting and Judo federations, which 305 stakeholders were randomly selected as the sample.Results: According to the experts, the indicators were stand in the eight factors; Transparency & Accountability, participation, Rule of Law, Responsibility, Control of Corruption, Ethic principal, control & monitoring and Effectiveness. Also, it is found that factors have positive effect on behavior of good governance in sport federations and the model designed in this regard has appropriate quality. In addition, with regard to the influence coefficient of each of the factors, it became clear that Transparency & Accountability had highest role and Ethic principal factors had least role in predicting the behavior of governing in sports federations.Conclusion: The current research presents a local model for good governance in sports federations of the country. In order to get a better score and improve the ranking position, you should have a long-term plan to improve each of the good governance indicators.

good governance is an idea which has many advocates and opponents. From last years of 1980s this term became common. However, there is not any clear definition or description for good governance or even governance. Though unanimity on its characteristics is invisible, it is possible to consider eight characteristics for god governance: participation, accountability, transparency, rule of law, responsiveness, consensus-ward, to be fair and representing, and effectiveness and efficiency. Realization of these characteristics will minimize corruption. However, there are some problems for the realization of good governance and its appropriate pattern.

The pattern of governance is a new topic which has found its traces in urban management, and has the features of continuance, decision making, justice, efficiency, effectiveness, clarity, accountability, partnership, and immunity, all of which are interdependent and empowering. According to this pattern, decisions about civil affairs are taken with the cooperation of government, private sectors and civil society. The present study focuses on the dimensions of participation in the good governance, and tries to measure the status of the 6th region of Tehran, in this regard, through a questionnaire.
